The dynamic sector of milk and its products, with an important place in the wider field of the food industry and with substantial export potential, acquired its own meeting point for professionals with extroverted business plans in the Greek market and beyond. The purpose of the DAIRY EXPO exhibition is to contribute to the progress and development of the sector, to promote Greek cheese and dairy products and to strengthen its position in the domestic and international market of the companies active in this important and productive sector of the Greek economy.

We have created a high-level exhibition event, in an exhibition centre of European standards, that attracts the interest of Greek and foreign visitors, highlighting not only Greek dairy and cheese products, but also traders and manufacturers of equipment for cheese, dairy and livestock farming units.

CONCURRENT LIVE STREAMING OF THE EXHIBITION VIA THE INTERNET

A hybrid model is in place for 2024

For the organisation of the 2024 MDF expo exhibition, technology will play an important part in order to operate in a double “Hybrid” way, i.e., with a live broadcast of the exhibition for the professionals who will choose to stay in their locations or will want to visit it online while being abroad.

More specifically, throughout the exhibition, there will be a live broadcast from the exhibitors’ stands, the events and the conferences, based on a specific daily program of viewing via the Internet, and a special platform for viewing similar events, which will enable any interested professional to watch it remotely from Greece, Cyprus or abroad, free of charge from their computer. In fact, “online” visitors will be able to communicate via live chatting or teleconference, in real time, with the exhibitor who will be presenting at that moment or even with the panel of speakers at the conferences.

The use of this technology will attract thousands of additional visitors eliminating geographical limitations, who are unable to attend the exhibition venues in person, as they will be given the opportunity to watch it live and even communicate with exhibitors.

Also on this online platform, exhibitors will have the ability to post a promotional video of their products and services, in order to provide more information to their potential customers who will visit the exhibition online, and there will also be the possibility for live web cam at the booths.

O.MIND CREATIVES has already successfully implemented this technology in digital conferences and events they have been organising since June 2020.

COVID-SHIELD CERTIFIED BY TÜV AUSTRIA

Safety Precautions for exhibitors & visitors

The Metropolitan Expo exhibition centre that hosts the exhibition has obtained the COVID-SHIELD certification from TÜV Austria, which ensures that all health regulations set by the State will be implemented.

Metropolitan Expo has already adopted and implemented a process of automatic temperature measurement of visitors before entering the exhibition centre premises, antiseptic stations, distancing procedures and signage, as well as a series of necessary measures to create a safe exhibition environment for professionals.

Details on the protection measures that will be in place and implemented will be given to exhibitors and visitors in good time, before the opening of the exhibition.
